About The Course

In this 3-week course, you will deep dive into the causes of poor health and learn specific strategies to implement in your day-to-day routine to improve your health, your diet, reduce stress, improve your energy level and overall wellness.

Course Highlights

The class will consist of 3 sessions. Each 1- hour session will be led by Joan via Zoom.

Session 1

  • Learn about and understand your specific body type
  • Understand the health benefits of supplements
  • Learn the specific foods to eat and which to stay away from

Session 2

  • Understand the causes of disease and the impact of stress on your body
  • Learn specific strategies to improve your health, including meal suggestions, combating stress and improving sleep

Session 3

  • Learn how to maintain healthy habits over the long term
  • Learn everyday tips and tricks

Each session will allow time for Q&A.

Course Pre-Work

Once you register for the course, you will receive an email to complete an intake form for Joan to customize the content of each session for the specific needs of the class.
